Before returning any product purchased from our online store, you must contact us at redballoonltd@sbcglobal.net with your intention to return or exchange an item. All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt.

Items purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund. Given that the item is new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition, and must have the original tags attached.

Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

All returns should be sent to The Red Balloon Ltd., 1801 Westcliff Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660.

All returns should be insured for the cost of the merchandise. The Red Balloon Ltd. will not be responsible for lost packages.

Once a return has been accepted, a credit will be issued to your credit card for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer. Credit to credit cards will only be issued for full priced items. If your return was a sale item, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase price less any shipping charges paid by the customer. Store credits will be issued in the form of a mailed receipt, which will be sent back to you either in the mail or scanned to you via email, once the return is received.

In the event your return is denied for any reason, the seller will return the merchandise back to the buyer at the buyers expense.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
